A number of School of Public Policy doctoral graduates and students with close CISSM ties have made significant career moves this spring.
CISSM Research Associate Nilsu Goren, who received her PhD in the spring of 2016, recently took a position as program director at the Turkish Coalition of America. CISSM Research Associate Jaganath Sankaran, who earned his PhD in the spring of 2012, recently accepted an assistant professor position at the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, Austin.
CISSM Graduate Fellow Naoko Aoki, who is completing her doctorate this spring, accepted a Stanton Nuclear Security Fellowship at the RAND Corporation, which is scheduled to start in the fall. And finally, CISSM Research Associate Ebrahim Mohseni, who received his PhD in May 2015, recently began an assistant professor position at the University of Tehran’s Faculty of World Studies.
