Alexandra Borgeaud dit Avocat

Alexandra Borgeaud dit Avocat is a PhD student at the School of Public Policy, University of Maryland, College Park, specializing in international security. Prior to joining the PhD program at the School of Public Policy, Borgeaud dit Avocat was a Fellow at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy. She was also a Coordination and Sustaining Peace Associate at the United Nations Resident Coordinator Office in Tunisia. Her research interests include arms control, multi-stakeholder approaches to governance, and military applications of new technologies. Borgeaud dit Avocat holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Geneva, a LL.M. from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, and a M.Sc. in Global Security from the University of Glasgow.
